My friends call me “Z”
I’m a furniture maker located near Dallas Texas. This is my attempt at a blog of sorts. I want to share things I’ve learned or picked up in my years of crafting things together. I’m no expert by any means; however if I can help someone progress in their project a little faster, safer, and/or better; I’ll feel better about myself.
Why “Concussed”?
My first skull fracture occurred at age 2; I’ve lived a life of hard knocks ever since. I’ve suffered somewhere between 10-15 concussions to date; losing consciousness on a fair number of them.
I sometimes have serious trouble thinking clearly, often forgetting. I am constantly relearning skills and safety lessons. This blog is an attempt to share my lessons and tricks of working with brain injuries while woodworking. Keeping it fun at all times!
